We offer home delivery from Monday to Saturday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

Due to rising cost of transport and the unavailability of products, We no longer offer home delivery on Sunday.

For delivery route more than 60km from Lane Cove West, please contact us before placing an order.

We have adopted Google Distance Matrix API (service that provides travel distance and time for a matrix of origins and destinations). The Google Map API therefore automatically calculates distance based on the recommended route between start (our warehouse) and end points (your delivery address) and applies the delivery fee accordingly. Please do not request us to vary the delivery fee based on your own calculation of the distance.

Requested delivery after 6:30pm will incur additional surcharge at the discretion of our drivers. 

Order less than $100 will incur an additional $10 handling fee.

Cancellations received within less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.
